Investor Relations and Communications Manager

General Purpose:

The Investor Relations and Communications Senior Analyst will work with management to increase awareness of the company through press releases and investor materials, media channels, social media and engage with investors and other key stakeholders.  This position will also assist the sales and marketing team in promoting the company’s products to prospective customers through strategic use of graphics, logos, and other promotional products and develop and implement web-based marketing programs and strategies to increase sales and revenue for the company.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other departments to develop external communications.
• Manage both routine and ad hoc projects and processes to support executives, and external investor relations.
• Maintaining a robust understanding of business drivers and metrics; identify/track key themes and topics for investor discussions and presentations.
• Contribute to Westwater’s quarterly reporting process, including the drafting of press releases, company presentations and other materials related to quarterly investor calls and other similar events.
• Management of the investor relations portion of Westwater’s website.
• Preparing timely responses to email and voicemail inquiries from external stakeholders and investor inquiries.
• Ensuring Reg FD compliance by working with the disclosure committee and counsel as well as reviewing and tracking disclosure in SEC filings, proxy statements, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to fully understand product and marketing needs.
• Creates and coordinates multimedia packages.
• Drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
• Schedules and develops filming scripts and production.
• Identifies appropriate social media platforms and other web-based tools to use in the promotion of each product or service.
• Assists the CEO and CFO in utilizing social media platforms to support investor relations.
• Develops innovative strategies to attract customers to the company’s brand through various web-based marketing programs and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
• Evaluates success of campaigns when completed.
• Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
• Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, web analytics, and SEO techniques.
• Assists with development of the organization’s website to ensure its efficiency, efficacy, accuracy, and consistency with other external information the Company has made available on other platforms.
• Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of internet marketing and general marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize Social Media platforms, specifically YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of other platforms and engagement protocols.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Two to three years of related experience; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.

Salary Range:

• $75,000 – $115,000
